The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease that causes severe acute respiratory illness and can spread among humans through respiratory transmission. Identified by the World Health Organization in December 2019, this worldwide concern has dictated a public health emergency.

BioFlorida recognizes the need to share important information involving COVID-19 with our members and the Community. Our Resource Center is updated regularly with the latest data, legislation and programs for businesses and research in the state, news about diagnostics, vaccines and therapeutics, and ways to contribute to the fight against COVID-19.
