ALACHUA, Fla. Hundreds gathered at Foundation Park in Alachua for BioFlorida’s 15th annual celebration of Biotechnology.
Life science industry professionals across Florida attended the event to showcase recent technological advancements and business achievements in the region and throughout the state.
The President and CEO of BioFlorida, Nancy Bryan, is excited about the growth of life sciences companies to continue making an impact in people's lives.
“The industry itself is developing the technology and products really for cures and to significantly improve the lives of patients,’ Bryan said.
Representatives of companies such as UF innovate, RTI surgical, and Applied Genetic Technologies Corporation attended the event.
