IMPORTANT NOTE: The group room block at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island is currently SOLD OUT. We are taking WAITLIST requests on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please be sure to include your request when prompted on the registration site. As rooms become available attendees will be notified in the order the request was received.
We do have a separate room block held at the Ritz-Carlton for SPONSORS only with just a few rooms remaining. If you are interested in sponsorship, or are a current sponsor, please complete that registration asap in order to reserve one of these rooms.
We have arranged a group discounted rate of $199 per night plus tax and resort fees at the Amelia Island Plantation (3 miles from the Ritz Carlton). It is located at 6800 First Coast Hwy, Amelia Island, Florida 32034. www.aipfl.com.

The 2nd Annual BioFlorida Golf Tournament, sponsored by Allergan, will be held at the Golf Club of Amelia Island (at the Ritz-Carlton) on October 19, 2008 at 12:00 PM. The $209 golf package includes: green fees, cart, range balls, box lunch, drinks, and entertaining contests. Rental clubs are available on-site for an additional charge.
Your credit card will be processed for the full amount of the conference registration and golf (if requested) upon confirmation of your registration.
Cancellation Policy: All refunds or transfers must be requested in writing to American Meetings either by fax (954-337-2476) or e-mail (stephanie@americanmeetings.com). Refunds or transfers for room reservations must be received before September 15, 2008. Refunds or transfers for the conference or golf must be received on or before October 3, 2008.
